§2 PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Providing your data is voluntary – you decide whether to do so through the settings configured in your web browser. For more information, please see the “Cookies” section of this Privacy Policy.
Legal basis and purpose of data processing:
– our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in the processing by us (i.e. the software provider on whose platform the Store operates) of your data for the purpose of conducting analytical activities described in the “Analytical Activities” section.
Consequences of not providing the data:
– we will not take your preferences regarding the use of the Store into account when working on improving the accessibility and intuitiveness of the Stores.
Data processing period:
– 90 days or until we take your objection to the processing into account – whichever occurs first.
When processing your personal data, we apply organisational and technical measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
§3 ANALYTICAL ACTIVITIES
As part of the Stores, we conduct analytical activities aimed at making them more intuitive and accessible. In your case, such activities will only take place if you allow them (e.g. through your browser settings or a dedicated tool operating within the Store, if such a tool is available).
As part of our analytical activities, we may take into account:

– time spent on a particular page,
– products viewed,
– clicks made on the Store website,
– information relating to purchases.
This allows us to take measures aimed at adapting the layout and appearance of the Stores and the content published on them to the needs of Users.
We provide Store owners with aggregated results of our analyses, which means that they receive general information (i.e. information that does not contain personal data), including information about which products are of interest to their Customers or during which periods of the year sales in the Stores increase. This allows sellers to improve their Stores and adapt them to the expectations of Users.

You have the right to request:
– access to your personal data, including obtaining a copy of your data (Article 15 of the GDPR or, where applicable, Article 13(1)(f) of the GDPR),
– rectification of your data (Article 16 of the GDPR),
– erasure of your data (Article 17 of the GDPR),
– restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR),
– transfer of your data to another data controller (Article 20 of the GDPR).
You also have the right to:
– object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, where the processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (i.e. our legitimate interests) (Article 21(1) of the GDPR).

We use the services of external entities that support us in conducting our business. We entrust them with the processing of your data obtained from traffic on the Store website. These entities process the data exclusively on our documented instructions.
